A Few Steps To Control Your Stress

How to Avoid Stess…

Hey my Friends,

Is Stress making you Rage….

Than you should consider that this can bring you problems with your family, friends and even make you vulnerable in your business….

If stress has taken you so far than you should consider of doing something about it…

I’ll give you some steps how to avoid stress or at least reduce it to a stage were you do not heart any loved ones or your friends…

Intend to make a few changes in your posture, habits, thought, and behavior. These changes have a great impact toward reducing feelings of stress and tension. Here are some quick and simple steps you can do immediately to help keep your stress level under control.

>> Control Your Rage:
Observe for the next instance in which you find yourself becoming annoyed or angry at something trivial or unimportant, then practice letting go - make a conscious choice not to become angry or upset.
Do not allow yourself to waste thought and energy where you don’t need it. Effective rage management is an effective stress reducer.

>> Respiration:
Breathe slowly and deeply.
Before reacting to the next stressful occurrence, breathe three times deep and release them slowly.
If you have a few minutes, try out breathing exercises and meditation or guided imagery.

>> Calm Down:
Practice to speak more slowly than usual every time you feel overwhelmed by stress. You'll find that you think more clearly and react more reasonably to stressful situations. Stressed people tend to speak fast and breathlessly; by slowing down your speed of talk you'll also appear less anxious and more in control of any situation.

>> Take One Step At A Time:
Get in the habit of an effective time management strategy.
Take one simple thing you have been putting off (e.g. returning a phone call to someone you didn’t like to, or making a doctor’s appointment) and the best notice is do it now.
Just taking care of one grumbling responsibility can be energizing and can improve your attitude….

>> Refill Your Lungs With Some Fresh Air:
Get out of the room for a brief break. Maybe you have heard talking your folks about the healing power of fresh air even if we do not have the fresh air they were healing many years ago. Don't be deterred by bad weather or a full schedule. Even five minutes on a balcony or terrace can make miracles.

>> Don’t Starve Or Die With Thirst:
Drink a lot of water and eat small, nutritious snacks. Hunger and dehydration, even before you're aware of them, can provoke aggressiveness and exacerbate feelings of anxiety and stress.

>> Look Constantly At Your Posture:
Have your head and shoulders upright and avoid stooping or slumping. Bad posture can lead to muscle tension, pain, and increased stress.

>> Fill Your Batteries At The Day’s End:
Plan something rewarding for the end of your stressful day. Go out with your spouse and have a cup of wine and talk. Tell your problems your partner this will give him or her an understanding why you are so tense and it helps you to release that steam you have inside of you.
Sometimes it helps taking a relaxing bath or half an hour with a good book and a glass of wine.
The most important thing to do is put aside work, housekeeping or family concerns for a brief period before bedtime and allow you to relax.
Don't spend time for planning tomorrow's schedule or finishing chores you didn't get finished during the day. Remember that you need time to recharge and energize yourself - you'll be much better prepared to face another scheduled day.

To your success,

ANTON
